As part of UNELTA’s project to strengthen the pedagogical and social development for teachers of the Buziga Islamic Theological Institute, UNELTA has conducted the second training after the inductive one the Association conducted in February 2019.

This second training focused on effective delivery of learning experiences and ensuring the retention of knowledge, skills and values; while the first training focused on improving the teacher’s professionalism and comfort in the teaching profession.

It is anticipated that by the end of the series of these workshops, the teaching of the English language and other subjects are the school and the teachers’ comfort in the profession will have improved significantly. This should ideally result into enhanced learning achievements in behavior, academics and social cohesion.
